Haco provides voice chat room features. Real-time voice audio may be transmitted through third-party voice service providers to enable voice room functionality. We may process related metadata, such as room ID, user ID, microphone status, speaking status, joining time, leaving time, and interaction records.

Messages

Where messaging features are available, we collect and process information you provide in the context of composing, sending, receiving, or interacting with messages through the Services. This information may include the content of messages, sending time, receiving time, read status, and participants of the communication. We may process messages and related metadata for service operation, delivery, safety, anti-spam, abuse prevention, complaint handling, and compliance purposes. Please be aware that messages sent to other users of the Services will be accessible by those users, and we are not responsible for the manner in which those users use or disclose such messages.

Metadata

When you upload User Content, you may automatically upload certain metadata connected to the User Content. Metadata may include how, when, and by whom the content was created or uploaded, how the content is formatted, account name, user ID, hashtags, captions, room information, and other data you choose to provide with the content.

Purchases of Coins and Virtual Items

Your purchases may be made through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, or other authorized payment methods where available. We do not collect your full financial or billing information, such as your full card number or payment account credentials, in relation to such transactions. Please review the relevant terms and privacy notices of the applicable payment provider.

So that we can credit your account with the correct value in Coins or other virtual items, we may keep a record of the purchases you make, including transaction ID, order ID, purchase time, payment status, amount spent, purchased Coins, and related order information. Coins, Diamonds, virtual gifts, badges, levels, honor titles, profile decorations, avatar frames, and other virtual items are used only within the Platform and have no cash value unless otherwise required by applicable law.
